Payroll for MS DAX 4.0 is very buggy, unstable, and a drain on resources. Go with ADP or Paychex or anything else. We've dumped thousands into this product and it doesn't work correctly after a year. If you want to waste money in development time and other resources, then I'd highly recommend this product.
